By signing or accepting this Agreement, the Lessee acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions described herein.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-1f02cda e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1f02cda\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac5a76a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ac5a76a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Purpose Of The Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f08dd8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f08dd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessor provides the vehicle described herein to the Lessee on a rental basis, and the Lessee agrees to receive and use it under their sole responsibility during the agreed rental period. The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle in the same physical and mechanical condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear resulting from proper use. This Agreement applies to any car rental in Houston, Texas conducted by FASTCAR Rental Cars.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-bef27c2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bef27c2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8770f14 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8770f14\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Lessee Identification<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b49dce0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b49dce0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee declares that the information provided is true and authorizes its verification. The Lessee agrees that any false information will be grounds for immediate termination of the Agreement without refund of the deposit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-0782827 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0782827\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-35269c3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"35269c3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Lessee Responsibility<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3841d21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3841d21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the vehicle from the moment of delivery until its return. The Lessee is responsible for any damages, losses, theft, fines, tolls, administrative charges, mechanical damage, interior damage, and any events occurring during the rental period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-a19003d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a19003d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-570d8be elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"570d8be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Authorized Drivers<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edfb1f7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edfb1f7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee shall be the only authorized driver of the vehicle. Lending, subleasing, or allowing third parties to drive the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in full liability for the Lessee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-06d563b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"06d563b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2997074 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2997074\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Vehicle Condition<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2eb69d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2eb69d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee acknowledges that the vehicle is delivered in good physical and mechanical condition. The Lessee inspects the vehicle prior to acceptance and agrees to its condition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-bf56a16 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bf56a16\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7bc654a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7bc654a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. Permitted Use Of The Vehicle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65f55d4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65f55d4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee agrees to use the vehicle solely for lawful and personal purposes within permitted limits.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-1d7db34 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1d7db34\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9d8a17 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d9d8a17\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">7. Prohibited Use Of The Vehicle<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7807be9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7807be9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2915\" data-end=\"2930\">The following is prohibited:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"3129\"><li data-section-id=\"1xqwjnx\" data-start=\"2932\" data-end=\"2961\">Smoking inside the vehicle<\/li><li data-section-id=\"jzdjjn\" data-start=\"2962\" data-end=\"2991\">Consuming alcohol or drugs<\/li><li data-section-id=\"10y2z02\" data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"3027\">Transporting illegal substances<\/li><li data-section-id=\"haum93\" data-start=\"3028\" data-end=\"3066\">Engaging in illegal activities<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1cas5vf\" data-start=\"3067\" data-end=\"3094\">Subleasing the vehicle<\/li><li data-section-id=\"zunqrf\" data-start=\"3095\" data-end=\"3129\">Lending the vehicle to third parties<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3131\" data-end=\"3246\">Applicable penalties:<br \/>Smoke odor inside the vehicle: $130 USD<br data-start=\"3196\" data-end=\"3199\" \/>Burns or damage caused by smoking: $200 USD minimum<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-7a74af5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7a74af5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38037fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38037fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. Vehicle Insurance<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-463e4b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"463e4b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee declares that they have their own insurance or agree to assume full responsibility for any damages. Rental rates do not include insurance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-a241a7e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a241a7e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1d72f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e1d72f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">9. Security Deposit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f99604 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f99604\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee shall provide a minimum security deposit of $300 USD. This deposit will be refunded approximately within 72 hours after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-eccd878 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"eccd878\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-80348a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"80348a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">10. Included Mileage And Additional Miles<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c21817a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c21817a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3678\" data-end=\"3775\">The rental includes a mileage package. Additional miles will be charged as follows:<\/p><p data-start=\"3777\" data-end=\"3937\">From 1 to 100 additional miles: $0.49 USD per mile<br data-start=\"3827\" data-end=\"3830\" \/>From 101 to 499 additional miles: $0.39 USD per mile<br data-start=\"3882\" data-end=\"3885\" \/>Over 500 additional miles: $0.35 USD per mile<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-54ec117 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"54ec117\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e7dcd8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9e7dcd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">11. Vehicle Cleaning<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-03d1138 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"03d1138\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The vehicle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. In case of excessive dirt, a $40 USD cleaning fee will be applied.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-08f4286 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"08f4286\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6503bb6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6503bb6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">12. Late Return<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b54e745 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b54e745\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee has a 30-minute grace period. After that time, a charge of $20 USD will be applied for each additional hour.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-aedc08c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"aedc08c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e4b2d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"9e4b2d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">13. Loss Of Keys<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e6fbe20 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e6fbe20\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Loss of keys will result in forfeiture of the minimum $300 USD security deposit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-f1d6105 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f1d6105\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a64048b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a64048b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">14. The Lessee authorizes monitoring during the rental period. These images may be used for security purposes, administrative control, vehicle condition verification, and, when applicable, for informational or promotional purposes related to car rental in Houston, Texas. The Lessee expressly authorizes the Lessor to track the vehicle\u2019s location throughout the rental period for purposes of security, recovery, usage control, and compliance with this Agreement. Unauthorized Retention Of The Vehicle<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c00b26c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c00b26c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed date and time without prior authorization will be considered unauthorized retention. The Lessor may report the vehicle as not returned, initiate recovery actions, and notify the appropriate authorities without the need to wait for additional periods.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-24c0e6d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"24c0e6d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b26aa7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8b26aa7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">30. Administrative Charges<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2803057 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2803057\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessor may apply administrative charges for the handling of fines, tolls, vehicle recovery, and legal or administrative procedures. A minimum administrative fee of $47 USD will apply for each event, in addition to the corresponding charges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-aos=\"fade-up\" class=\"hostinger-elementor-aos elementor-element elementor-element-6811dc2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6811dc2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa65472 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fa65472\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">31. Payment Disputes And Chargebacks<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-248dcad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"248dcad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Lessee agrees that any payment dispute, bank dispute, or chargeback initiated without valid grounds will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
